1. About Emelum and the scope of these Terms
1.1. Emelum is a software company: we develop, operate, and sell software-as-a-service and artificial intelligence products, and we present that activity on this Site. The Site itself is an informational corporate website. No product or service is sold, licensed, or provisioned through the Site.
1.2. Software platforms and products created or operated by Emelum are made available on their own websites and are governed exclusively by their own terms of service, privacy policies, and related agreements presented there. Nothing on this Site forms part of, amends, or creates any contract for any Emelum product or service.
1.3. These Terms apply only to your use of the Site. If you enter into a separate written agreement with Emelum, for example a partnership, pilot, or development agreement, that agreement governs its subject matter and prevails over these Terms in case of conflict.
2. Informational content; no reliance
2.1. Site content describes our thesis, model, structure, and activities in general terms. It is provided for information only, may reflect opinion, strategy, and intention rather than fact, and may change or be removed at any time without notice.
2.2. Forward-looking statements. The Site may contain statements about markets, technology, product plans, and expected outcomes. These are forward-looking, are based on assumptions that may prove wrong, and are not promises, forecasts, or guarantees of any result or performance. You must not rely on them for any decision.
2.3. Figures, statistics, and scenarios presented on the Site, including modelled outcomes and third-party market data, are illustrative planning figures or sourced estimates, not measured results of any Emelum product unless expressly stated otherwise.
3. No offer, no advice
3.1. The Site presents software products, not investments. Nothing on the Site constitutes, or should be construed as, an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security or financial instrument, in any jurisdiction, to any person.
3.2. Nothing on the Site constitutes investment, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice, or a recommendation to enter into any transaction.
4. Inquiries, partner requests, and unsolicited materials
4.1. When you contact us through the Site or by email, you do so on your own initiative. An inquiry, partner request, or exchange of correspondence does not create any engagement, partnership, joint venture, advisory relationship, or obligation of any kind on Emelum's part.
4.2. No confidential relationship. Unless and until a written confidentiality agreement is signed, any information, idea, plan, or material you send us is received on a non-confidential basis. Do not send trade secrets or proprietary materials before a written agreement is in place. We are not obligated to review, return, or acknowledge unsolicited materials, and no compensation is due for them.
4.3. Independent development. Emelum continuously develops products, strategies, and content. 5. Newsletter
5.1. Where the Site offers an email newsletter or insights subscription, subscription is voluntary and free. We send it only to addresses that have subscribed, and every issue contains a working unsubscribe mechanism. Unsubscribing takes effect promptly and stops all further issues.
5.2. Newsletter content is subject to Sections 2 and 3 of these Terms: it is informational, may contain forward-looking statements, and is not advice or an offer.
6. Intellectual property
6.1. The Site and all its content, including text, design, graphics, logos, brand names, including "Emelum" and the names of Emelum platforms, images, and page structure, are the property of Emelum or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6.2. You may view the Site, share links to it, and quote brief excerpts with attribution to Emelum. Any other reproduction, modification, distribution, scraping, or commercial exploitation of Site content requires our prior written consent.
6.3. Nothing in these Terms grants any license to any Emelum software, platform, technology, or trademark.
7. Acceptable use of the Site
You may not: (a) use the Site in violation of applicable law; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its infrastructure, or any non-public area; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation; (d) scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect content or data from the Site by automated means without our prior written consent, including for training machine-learning models; (e) misrepresent your affiliation with Emelum; or (f) use the Site to transmit malicious code.

The Site may reference or link to third-party websites, data sources, and services. We do not control them, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, or privacy practices.
9. Privacy
Our processing of personal data in connection with the Site is described in the Privacy Notice and the Cookie Notice, which form part of the Site's legal framework.
10. No warranty
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express, implied, or statutory, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free availability.

11.1. 11.2. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability under Estonian law for intentional breach, or liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Site, including non-contractual disputes, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. The Harju County Court in Tallinn, Estonia has exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer venue rules where they apply to a Site visitor.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above indicates the current version. Material changes will be indicated on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
