If you have been charged and are unsure which product the charge relates to, email hello@emelum.com with the charge reference (amount, date, and the descriptor shown on your statement). We will identify the product and direct your request to the right channel. Where a purchase was processed by a merchant of record on our behalf, your refund request may also be handled directly by them under the terms presented at checkout. Confirmed billing errors are corrected promptly, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
