02How Billing Works
No seat counting, no annual lock in to start.
Plans run monthly. Usage above the included volume is billed as credits at the rate published on the platform site. Every plan is sold and operated by Emelum OÜ, and your statement will show EMELUM followed by the platform name. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.
Refunds, cancellation and data terms are per platform and collected on the Legal Notice. Unsure which charge belongs to which platform? Raise it in the support channel of the platform you use and we will identify it.
