Straight answers.
The questions customers, partners, and co-investors ask before working with Emelum — answered the way we price: without padding.
Emelum does. The Foundry builds and operates every platform; the Asset Manager holds it. Ownership sits above, operation never leaves — which means the platform you rely on today is run by the same hands in year ten.
You bring what we can't reach alone — market access, data, distribution, domain depth. We bring the build engine and the agentic thesis. Together we forge a platform neither of us could build separately, with shared upside and Emelum holding its side for the long run. Structures vary: joint ventures, revenue shares, co-owned assets. The constant is that both sides have skin in the outcome.
No. We are not an agency. If a platform only ever serves one company, it isn't an Emelum asset. What we do instead: co-build platforms with partners where the partner's market is the first proving ground — and the platform goes on to serve the industry.
Access and outcomes. Never seats. Customers pay for usage and value delivered; where outcomes are measurable, we price against results and get paid when the work is done. If a pricing conversation starts with 'how many users do you have,' it isn't ours.
It is retired — without sentiment, at our cost, before it ever carries a customer's operations. That discipline is the point: everything we commercialize has already survived contact with the market. Validation precedes visibility.
Foundry speed: platforms are proven or retired within a market cycle, not a planning horizon. But we commit to discipline, not deadlines — the market decides when proof is proof.
It stays yours. Where a partnership involves your data, access is scoped to the shared platform and governed in the agreement — not absorbed into ours. We've built in defense, cyber, and health since 2013; data boundaries are a habit, not a clause.
Co-investment happens alongside the family office — at the level of a specific asset, the thesis itself, or a purpose-built strategic vehicle. Our capital is first in. See Emelum Asset Manager.
The Foundry is industry-agnostic — it goes wherever the agentic transition restructures a market. The family office's direct investments focus on AI, energy, defense, and health.
Founders who have been pioneers in ML and AI since 2013 — building companies in health, energy, defense, cyber, and mobility, with exits behind them. Operators, not allocators. Real-world platforms, real customers, real returns.
